Hifz is not a race, it is a journey. Do not rush to finish, focus on how well you know what you have memorised. Some students finish quickly but struggle with weak revision (Dhor), and that never feels good. Take your time, but above all, be consistent. With steady effort, you will reach your goal, inshaAllah.

Make Dhor Your Priority

Read your revision every day. Start small, build up gradually, and begin incorporating your Dhor into Salah. This is when you will truly know the Qur’an by heart.

Make Hifz Part of Your Life

Hifz becomes easier when it becomes your routine. Dedicate mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends to the Qur’an. Let your day revolve around it.

Stay Strong

There will be tough days when you feel like giving up. You are not alone, every student faces challenges. But once you overcome them, you will miss the early mornings, classmates testing each other, mastering the Mutashabihāt, and the exam nerves. Hifz is a journey only those who have been through it truly understand
