Meet The Team
Shaykh Raqib Bukhari
Founder
Shaykh Raqib began his Islamic journey at Jamiatul Ilm Wal Huda, Blackburn, Uk. He went on to reciting all 114 chapters of the Qur'an to his teacher in a single sitting and completed the Alimiyah programme with advanced Qiraat studies. He then travelled to the Prophets city, and graduated in Law, achieving First class honours with distinction, from the University of Madinah.
He also has a diploma in the Arabic language.
His teachers include some of the Imams of Haram such as Shaykh Abdul Muhsin Al Qasim, Shaykh Abdullah Al Buayjaan, and Shaykh Waleed Shamsaan.
Shaykh Raqib Has Ijazah From Shaykh Bashir Siddique too (Teacher in Masjid Nabawi for 60+ years).
Ustadh Saif Ali
Co-Founder
Ustadh Saif Ali, a young student born and raised locally, is a Hafidh known for his engaging Islamic content on social media. He has successfully completed an apprenticeship in software engineering and is currently practicing to read the full Qur'an in one sitting.
Saif Ali has gained experience in managing and creating content for businesses' social media platforms. He frequently travels to perform Umrah and spends his time in the two holy masjids. He also likes to spend time with esteemed scholars and other Huffaadh. Through his social media presence, he aims to inspire and educate others with short, powerful reminders. His goal is to create impactful digital content that can benefit the Ummah.
Qari Abdullah Hanook
Tutor
Qari Abdullah Hanook, comes from a family of Huffadh and also became a Hafidh at a young age.
He has read the entire Qur’an by memory infront of the Kaaba, in Makkah and also in Masjid Nabawi without getting any mistakes. He has also read the entire Qur'an in one sitting by heart over 25 times.
With nearly 200 Qur'an khatams and numerous competition wins, he holds an Ijazah in Qur'an and is currently studying different Riwayahs along with the Alimiyah and college courses. Achieving one of the highest GCSE results in the country with all A* grades, he was accepted into a scholarship private college. He helps guide students with their Qur'an journey as well as teaching Qur'an and leading Salah locally.
Shaykh Zayed
Tutor
Shaykh Zayed memorised the Qur'an and completed his Alimiyah programme at the famous Darul Uloom in Blackburn. He is proficient in reading the Qur'an in the seven modes of recitation and currently teaches Hifdh locally, sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with the community. In addition to his religious contributions, Shaykh Zayed also works as a local driving instructor, balancing his professional and spiritual responsibilities to serve and guide others in multiple aspects of life.
